I like one good idea system. Example: http://ideas.mybboard.net/
The registered member can add new idea and he can vote. And he can read and write comment to the idea. He can add clickfriend link.
The user can see the vote result for idea. He can order by Top Rated. There is "Unanswered comment" and/or "New comment" for every idea.
The admin can edit or delete the idea. The admin can add new category. The admin can move the idea to other category. And he can close the idea.
The admin can add that amount of votes required to adopt the idea. Example:5 votes must still accept the idea. And if this ready, the will be show next message: The idea is accepted.
