I use Notepad++ and filezilla. They're the best.
Well Filezilla is also my preference and Notepad++ is quite easy to use and hence I luv it too
I used FileZilla or Dreamviewers for this, I have been use this both last two years for my office work.
Both are very nice.
I use cuteftp for ftp software and notepad ++ for editor
FileZilla for FTP and HateML as html editor, since EDHtml dont work on win7:/
