Thanks for giving me the proper link, now one more question about this plugin, does it automatically highlight or do i need to edit it?

From the description : "When a visitor reaches your page via Google by querying it, the search terms used will be highlighted on your page.", you can deduct that when someone arrive on your forum from a Google search the search terms used will be highlighted on your page forum so the user could see them.

Then you do not have to do any intervention. Do you have any problem seeing it work that way?
