Hey guys, if you want to impress your wife, girlfriend or whoever, here is a recipe for a chocolate cake, easy to make and make happy your sweet heart.

2 tbsp of granulated sugar
½ c of butter cut into cubes
4 ounces of good quality of bittersweet chocolate (4 squares if you use BAKER’s chocolate)
2 eggs + 2 egg yolks
¼ c of sifted flour
1 tbsp of sifted icing sugar

Butter generously and flour 4 small ramekins or muffin-tin moulds and set aside
Melt butter and chocolate in a bain-marie
In a separate bowl mix together sugar and eggs, pour in melted chocolate, mix well and then incorporate gently the flour with a spatula.
Pour the chocolate mixture into prepared ramekins or moulds and bake into a preheated oven at 350°F during 10 mn.
Let cool at room temperature, then remove from ramekins or moulds.
Serve into a plate and decorate with icing sugar
