I am building a myBB forum and would like to have additional group permissions for the below features:

1.Add website URL in profile
2.Insert images and URLs in posts
3.subscribe to a thread and receive an email

Is this possible?

yes it is possible. Those three separate requests will be inserted in my todo list, be informed that i have many other requests to develop so they could be available in two or three weeks!
