can any one modify the ads after first post plugin to show up ad inside the first post like in the following link ???

Because it might be License violation.
I may make the plugin from scratch, BUT it is a risk that the plugins author will raise the issue

I m Really Very Interested Abou The Plugin That Merged The Content and showing Ads In Posts.
This plugin will work too along with adsense ads etc. BUT I will not recommend this, because One: it will open your forum's security hole, because it needs HTML enabled forums
Two: it will mess up the posts layout.
One plugin has developed by Shadows, But I didnot recommend this, as it will mes up the posts layout IMHO.
