Thanks for this. I will download when I can. But I still can't figure out how to get to the FTP Server or anything like that. So of course I don't know how to Upload any Plugins anyways.

If you own a host, you can get a panel (called cpanel or file manager). Enter username and assword for your panel, Go to File Manager > public_html > inc > plugins > and paste this plugin file their.
Then go to your Admin CP of your forum and Activate it via Plugin Manager.

I have tested this Ghazal plugin and noticed that there could be a problem in the installation that could disable the posbit informations displayed, but it was uninstalling properly, except that the postbits could be still non visible...
I have corrected that issue, but would need more details to be able to understand your own problem.

P.S. I have enhanced the plugin by providing the username automaticely writen in the input box. It will be published in 15 minutes...

I would really need more details to be able to understand your problem.
Either you send me a copy of the content of your "postbit" template and/or a screenshot of your problem and/or the link of your forum.
Without more information i have no idea of your problem. The plugin is working fine for me.

yes both add/ignore buddy lists would be to work on classic postbit under country
