I created this plugin as per a request made at the following thread.

This plugin will allow you to prevent certain user or users from rating the threads. It will also prevent thread owners to rate their own threads.

You can enable and disable the plugin from the acp of your forum, where you can also enter the id of the user or users
that you want to prevent from rating threads.
