Who has visited the thread!
Hi.
I need a plugin that shows the members who have visited the thread at the bottom of the thread! It would be really useful! |

RE: Who has visited the thread!
This would be a good addition to our actual plugins. I will try to complete this plugin before this weekend.
Thank you Kevin for your suggestion. |

RE: Who has visited the thread!
OK. But it was my Idea!
And I found a bug too! When a user replties in the thread after sending the reply the "Users who viewed this thread" comes before the reply! But after refreshing the page it goes after the reply! Here it is! |

RE: Who has visited the thread!
Hello Kevin,
i tried to reproduce this bug with a Quick Reply, because i believe it was what you used, and was not able to see this behavior. Can you tell me in what browser you had this issue? I will try again to find a way to verify this behavior from Quick Reply this weekend. Thank you for taking the time to report it! |

RE: Who has visited the thread!
Ok i just saw it this time, it seem to be a javascript issue while updating the page locally.
It occured only the second time i tested it on this thread. I will investigate further but if it is what i think, it would be preferable to not change this behavior for compatibility with future MyBB versions. |

RE: Who has visited the thread!
Hello again Kevin,
i had to use a dirty trick to not have to modify AJAX javascript code and keep the "Quick Reply" updates OVER the "Users who viewed this thread". I have just test it with this Quick Reply. I will update the attachment file, in a few minutes... |

RE: Who has visited the thread!
Kevin,
i know that you made the request about the "Members who viewed a thread", you also have to consider that i had to invest almost a day of my time to create, debug, ameliorate and fully test this plugin. This time is also including the time needed to take snapshot pictures, prepare the package, zip the files, create all the entries in the multiple forums places this plugin have to show. Anyway, i saw that you have already posted 26 good posts on these forums. Because you made the request for this plugin, i will give it to you for free if you make another 24 good constructive posts on these forums. Just PM me when you have reach a total of 50 posts. I hope that you will appreciate the offer. |
