How it would work:
Once you have the plugin activated t will create a section/or the user will determine the section where the BOT will post the submitted signatures or whatever you want the member to vote and them it will generate a poll with all the information given.

Like the image below:

After the votes it will post the winner with the info:

• Name of the signature/forum...
• Name of the author
• Votes
• Star rating by the users
• Star rating by the Admins/mods
• More Info

Atm my free time is very limites so I won''t be creating any more new plugins for the time being.
