Normally, I use Winrar and Winzip and I am using both of them for many years and I feel comfortable with both of them. I have used 7-zip sometimes and as per my knowledge, it allows for the manipulation and creation of ZIP, RAR, TAR, and BZ files, among many others, including its own format, 7Z.
