I would need an Alphabetical Listing plugin, i have all PS3 games listed on my forum with each their own threads and an A B C D setting for that specific forum sections (not all of my sections) would really help because it's really hard to find a game when you have tons of pages to go thru and don't know that a search box exist.. like some of my members.

I already have Nickman's Memberlist Sorter and something simillar to this would be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to understand what you need.

Do you want a list of all your thread names, in a specific forum, ordered by alphabetic order in a new page?

ok so i have all PS3 games listed in one section of my forum and i would need those threads to be sorted from A to Z in a way but i don't want to create 26 threads and named them A B C D.. that would not make sense.

I need something like this but for some specific threads that have too many things listed in them

Now it is more clear what you are expecting.

My first idea was to create a new page with all threads from one forum, listed by their title in alphabetic order. So you could click on the title to access the thread directly.

This way you do not have to first click on a letter and afterward click on a title to view it, saving an extra step with my way with the compromise of a longer page with all the titles sorted in it.

Yes it is feasible.

I wonder if it is preferable to make it with A to Z links at the top for listing only the threads starting with this letter or list all threads title links alphabetically in one page.

With less than 50 threads in one forum, my method would be preferable, over that amount it would be preferable to use your suggestion.

I could wait few suggestions before starting to code this or include both methods in a bigger plugin.

Which method would you prefer?

I think any way would help.. i have like 20+ pages of games listed and the list is getting bigger every week. That would really make it easier for my members.

Hello Chainzs,

the beta stage of testing of the plugin is done with both methods of displaying the threads.

Would you like to test it on your forum before i make it available to download?

I really do not have enough threads starting with different letters to see it fully in action...

At this point of time i did not included access for threads starting with other type of characters like "()[]{}+_-*&?%$/!|,.;:" with the A to Z access.
