This is Zahers pluin for mybb 1.2. but I upgraded for mybb 1.4 for a forum that I am a tech admin in and thought to share it with everyone else here as well.

I took this and changed it to all US flags for the states since there is no one out of country that would have selected those flags. Would you be interested in it?

If you want you can submit the plugin here at the plugins board as a separate plugin. Maybe it will come in handy to other users as well.
