You can replace the position of <!-- BottomBoxHere --> any where in footer template. The box'es will be shown where you place the <!-- BottomBoxHere --> .

It is always preferable to download the latest version that is always at the bottom of the posted links. For this plugin it would be "Last release (Nov 13, 2009)".
