The only thing this MyCode is doing, is to add a title and alternate description mostly use by visually impaired people using reader, as needed by the standards.
The title will make a small tipbox appear when the mouse hover the image and show the defined text used by the alternate portion.
So, if you need to see what it does, just hover your mouse cursor over the flashing MyBBCodes Header at the top of this page ...

It is also good for SEO which is the reason I would like to use it. It's worth the extra hits from image searches.
