Can you explain to me how to allow users to be able to to put javascript into there signatures? Is there away to to do it threw mybbcode?

You can achieve this in two ways from :
AdminCP -> Configuration -> User Registration and Profile Options ->
Allow MyCode in Signatures
OR
Allow HTML in Signatures
I hope that you know that you are opening a security breach to your site doing so...
