Pese is the "virtual money/point system" used here for downloading free things like this theme. You already have "Pese: 5" as you can see in your little postbits info box in the top right corner of your post.
To prevent savage downloading of our free material we decided to imposed the need to get 10 peses to allow one download. As described in the sticky thread, you get 1 pese for each quality post and 2 peses for a new quality thread.

I had been looking for the green sophisticated for some time. It looks much better than the pink one you have posted. Anyway, there seems to be some problem downloading the zip file which you have posted. You might have to try uploading it once again, I guess! The link seems broken!
