RE: [SOLVED] Vbulletin Editor
Questions:
1. Did you edit templates correctly, Please recheck it again ??
2. Did you upload two java script files in the same ./jscripts/. folder ??

RE: [SOLVED] Vbulletin Editor
Yes bro..
I edited the templates correctly.
Problem is Sometimes, during copy/paste (images+text) , when i submit it adds &processed=1 to the url and displays
"The message is missing. Please enter a message."

I mostly need this editor in Newthread.php only.
If you can solve out the problem. Its much appreciated.. Smile

RE: [SOLVED] Vbulletin Editor
Thats weird totally... Confused

Yes, i have everything installed, i mean everything of its component.
And other things of the editor seems to be working properly,
but when i copy/paste from other site/forum into my forum, it copies everything cool, than when i press post button it displays message saying "The message is missing"
I thought, it was showing that because of character limitation or something, but after filling in text also, it shows same error...
Grrr , i really need this thing.
Btw, isn't there a way to integrate editors like of vbulletin into mybb... i mean ofcourse of the track.

Please add me as ***@gmail.com // ***@hotmail.com
on gmail//msn. Really wana talk with you.

I have switched to basic editor for now.

RE: [SOLVED] Vbulletin Editor
I think, now i understand what is causing the error during copy/paste...

If on any part of editor's text area, size of text used is larger than normal than, it develops the bug with that error message.

Also, if first line (before pressing enter key) is coloured or using some kind of font.. Than it generates error bug.

Ghazal can you please put an extra regular expression check somewhere, to just omit that part.. so that i can keep this editor with forum.
Just make all the larger size posted text to normal one automatically...
Also, put a regex check to convert any formatted text in first line to normal black text with no formatting.

I have completely zero knowledge of javascript.. only good at php lol..

Regards,
Raj

RE: [SOLVED] Vbulletin Editor
I tested it again, and it is confirmed that Font Size has no issue here... all functions of that editor is working. I will suggest you to test it on Default Theme of MyBB. Then it will be clear that whether its a theme issue or editor's ?
