What css I have to edit to change the font for categories name?(like Rules, Announcements and Introductions/MyBB area....)

That would be the .thead class.

Add there a font-size property with the pixel value that you want to change to.

You can some code in your CSS file then save it. Its auomatically affect to CSS related page. The code is Add there a font-size property with the pixel value, Size of the font and colour of the font that you want to change.
