Group-specific User Titles

This was something I originally planned to use along with the "Choose Group on Registration" request. Basically, I'd like a way to specify certain user titles that can only be achieved in that user is in a specific group.

Let's say I have 100 user titles and give 50 to group A and 50 to group B. The users from group A will get user titles for only their group, while group B will only get user titles for only their group as well.

I also had a couple ideas on how this could be achieved:

• Allow users to select a group from a drop-down menu from the user title's editor
• Create a manager (similar to the forms manager) that lists all current groups and an area where users can input the TID of the user title for that group
