Why this plugin is not working in my forum?

I'm using v1.4.10, i have tried delete, reupload, deactive-active, but it's not working still.
Why?

That is cos you are using a custom theme. Try this, go to the header template of your custom theme and place {$disablercg} before everything else in there and save the changes.
