I coded this simple plugin for a forum that I admin where we had some problems with members from some rival forums sending pm''s and emails to our active members to join their forums.

It will allow the admin to ban a certain user or users from sending pm''s and emails. You can enable and disable the plugin from the acp of your forum, where you can also enter the id of the user or users that you want to prevent from sending Personal Messages and Emails. I hope that other people will find it useful as well.
